We want you to love your photobook. If it arrives with a manufacturing, print or material defect, we'll reprint and reship it free of charge within 100 days of delivery — no quibbles.
How to make a claim
Email hello@pixory.in with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our studio will review it and arrange a free reprint right away.
Personalised products
Because each book is uniquely printed from your design, we're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind or for errors in the content you supplied (such as typos or low-resolution photos). Our studio reviews every order and will flag obvious issues before printing.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days. We'll sort out a replacement immediately.
