We collect the details you give us — your name, email, phone number and delivery address — and the photos and text you upload to design your book. We also collect basic usage data to improve our service.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and deliver your order, provide support, send order updates, and (with your consent) share offers and gifting ideas. Your uploaded photos are used solely to produce your book.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details — they are handled directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and your cart, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how Pixory is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted, by writing to hello@pixory.in. We retain order records only as long as needed for legal and warranty purposes.
