Because every book is personalised, our first remedy for any genuine defect is a free reprint under our 100-day guarantee. Most issues are resolved this way, fast.
When we issue refunds
If we're unable to reprint to your satisfaction, or if your order cannot be fulfilled, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order enters production. Once printing has begun, an order can't be cancelled as it's made uniquely for you.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
